A few days ago I found a seed pod that had opened in Hoya papaschonii.
Unfortunately, you don't come across Hoya seeds very often. Because they have very limited germination power. It is best to plant them immediately after the seed pod has opened. Experience has shown that these seeds can easily last for a few weeks up to a month at most.
The plant is currently full of seed pods that will be ripe in the coming weeks/months. The mother plant is hanging next to Hoya solokensis that is also constantly in bloom. If a unique cross occurs between the seeds, I would like to hear about it. Although I think that chance is very small.
Hoya papaschonii is known as one of the easiest Hoyas that is self-pollinating. Finding a seed pod in other Hoyas is very rare.
Enjoy sowing
