Small interim update.

First of all, thank you again for the overwhelming number of orders that have come in in such a short time. Even though a large part of the online inventory has already run out, I'm still receiving more orders daily than ever before.

Unfortunately, this means I won't be able to ship new orders within a week. I wouldn't prefer to close the webshop again. But when placing an order, please keep in mind that the expected waiting time is currently around two weeks.

My goal is to ship all orders with number 14201 and earlier by Wednesday, March 11, 2026. I usually set myself too tight deadlines, and with this one too, I'm a bit unsure whether I'll be able to make it. Unfortunately, I also got sick in the meantime, which doesn't exactly help me work quickly and efficiently. A huge amount of packages went out today, and a similar amount will be shipped in the next two days. Not everything fit in the car, so a small portion was left for tomorrow. Important: Pests and biological control.

Needless to say, I can never guarantee that plants are free of pests. That's why it's important to always thoroughly check, treat, and possibly quarantine plants before adding them to the collection.

The greenhouse is leading the way in biological control. Unfortunately, this natural method also has drawbacks, such as the fact that it's impossible to be pest-free.

When selecting plants, my eye doesn't see everything. This also has to do with the fact that I have less time to spend selecting. The ultimate goal is to deliver healthy plants free of diseases and pests. And in almost all cases, that's successful. However, with the enormous quantity of plants now sold, the chance of something going wrong is also greater. I don't think I need to say anything about my inbox. I'm way behind on this one again. And I really can't bring myself to do it right now. I hope I'll feel better soon and have some more energy to keep going.
