Extremely rare and extremely hard to grow.
Prepare for a plant battle and provide the best tropical growing conditions otherwise it will not survive or grow. 
This comes from a mutated sport of my own  green plant with very high variegation. It has proved to be stable for the last 3 years. But it's very hard to grow and needs long days with plenty of filtered bright light. This cultivar has not been named yet!
